We had Heartwood Home Exteriors rebuild our back deck and install a new awning, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our old deck had significant rot, and they completely rebuilt it using high quality materials, including TimberTech Prime Plus decking, which looks and feels amazing. The awning turned out even better than we expected. They matched the shingle color to our existing roof perfectly, and the whole structure feels solid and extremely well built. You can tell real care went into every detail of the project. The owners, project manager, and foreman were all great to work with. They were friendly, communicative, and clearly take pride in doing things the right way instead of cutting corners. We always knew what was going on, and any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly.
